Calculator Support

Contact us if a city lookup fails, a timezone looks wrong, an export does not open correctly, or a chart field appears unavailable when you expected it to be calculated.

Please include the page URL, browser, language, and a short description of what happened. Do not include another person's birth data unless you have permission to use it.

Privacy Requests

Use the same email for privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests where applicable. The Privacy Policy explains the calculator data boundary, exports, analytics, ads, and consent handling.

Publisher And Policy Questions

Advertiser, publisher, search, and compliance questions can be sent to support@lifesense.life. LifeSense is a chart-facts-only calculator and public education site.

What Not To Send

Please do not send passwords, payment details, legal identity documents, medical information, or sensitive third-party data. LifeSense does not need those details to investigate calculator or public-page issues.

Response Expectation

We review support and privacy messages and prioritize issues that affect access, exports, data handling, or public-page policy compliance.
